They are soooo funny. This is how they play. In odd hats, doing odd things. You gotta love it! Oh... and one pic is of Kyler - all he did was play in the back yard.... how on earth does one get that dirty? Only Kyler can....

March of Dimes... March for Babies - May 3rd. We had a great time.

Who knew.... ? We didn't

Well, after Kyler's post-op appointment with Dr. Ellis today.... Kaden said
"my turn". So, Dr. Ellis took a look at him. Then sent him directly to do
a hearing test. Turns out he has a loss of 20 decibels in his hearing (that
is like having fingers stuck in your ears 24/7 - all muffled). He also has
excessive fluid in his ears, causing all sorts of pressure and his tonsils
are so large that they are most likely causing breathing issues when he
sleeps (explains his loud snoring) and has trouble swallowing (explaining
his picking and very slow and excessive chewing of food). He will be going
in on May 28th for tubes in his ears, andoids removed along with his
tonsils. It's going to be a rough recovery for him :(. But... hopefully
this will help him with his weight gain and hopefully his hearing loss will
not be permanent.

Prayers... would be great! I had that my kids and husbands have a first
name basis with the surgery center :( This stinks!

Teddy Bear Day

and our Teddy Bear Names are
Kaden = Shaggy Button Nose
Kyler = Friendly Button Nose
Me = Bubble Button Nose

Kaden picked me an entire bouque of flowers. They are soooo beautiful we now have them in a vase. Just fun pics.

Super Hero Day

I didn't pics of the other kids... they were being shy and didn't want their
picture taken but here is Kyler in Action.

Kyler is the "Red, Blue Blur" he had disappear from the play room and
re-appear in the drive way faster than a speeding bullet

Kaden - has 2 identies - "Kamo Kid" He adapts and survives in any
surrounding he is also "Guitar Guy" he can write a song about anything

Mason aka "Spidie" he likes to catch evil bugs up to no good

Jadyn "Miss Pink Petal" can turn anything into pink flowers including dirty
diapers.

Winston is The "Great Gas" able to clear a house in seconds.

Kaden and his hopper

Kaden caught a grasshopper on Monday. He kept him in his bug house but would let him out to hop around. Usually this would bother me...but it made him sooo happy I let him do it anyway. Well "hopper" which is what he named it escaped his watchful eye once and was lost in the play room. We found him the next morning. He thinks hopper is a cricket... he is kinda crazy about crickets right now he pretends to be them and pretends he carries a cricket in his pockets etc... It's kinda his imaginary friend. But... hopper was real and very much enjoyed.

Kyler Pee-Pee in the Potty

We have probably gone potty 10 times already this morning and it's only 10:45 am. But....everytime he makes a deposit and has started holding it until we get to the potty. So, that is very encouraging! He loves is and is actually wearing underwear durning certain parts of the day. My boys are getting so big. Image a day with no diapers... It's seems like a dream.

Kyler before surgery

There was a little boy from our neighborhood right across the prep area.
His name is Jonathan, this is the first time they met (I have met the mom
before) but he was getting tubes and Kyler was getting sinus surgery.
But... they played while they waited for their procedures. They sang,
shared their "cows", and colored. It was a great help in keeping him happy.
Then Jonathan went in before Kyler and the only way I could keep him happy
was to let him "wash hands". And he did that for about 20 min.... he was
soaked :) But the nurses thought he was adorable and he was :) They loved
on him so much that he gave hugs and kisses when we left...of course that
just melted them into puddles.

So sorry it has taken me so long to get these posted. It's been a stressful week and I know after Kyler's surgery tomorrow I won't have time. So.... here you go.

Disney on Ice - April 2nd 2009

I won 4 tickets to Disney on Ice. It was great. They were good seats, close enought to see it all but high enought for a good vantage point. The boys LOVED IT. Kaden keeps asking to go back and see Mickey Mouse and Kyler keeps asking to see "icky Muse" again :) The boys called Lilo and Stich - Lilo and Stink. But, here are some pics of my families' smiling faces having some good old family fun.
